US RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Christoph Joseph is committed to making your shopping experience a total success. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of new merchandise in unused condition and in original packaging for up to 30 days from purchase date for a full refund, credit or exchange.

Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method.

Shipping is hassle free at no cost to the consumer and a shipping label will be kindly emailed for printout  via USPS priority mail or UPS ground services. Pickups are not arranged . Item will have to be dropped off at your nearest location.

Once merchandise is received it will be processed and refund typically takes 30 days or less days depending on online payment method used for instance: Pay Pal, Visa or Mastercharge.

All Items are shipped with a reputable insured delivery service and tracking number supplied. If for some reason the item is lost in transit, that is the responsibility of the service and a proper claim will be filed.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS RETURN POLICY

Custom made-to-order, monogrammed  or embossed items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted under those circumstances. However, we do realize  human mistakes happen. If something isn’t quite right with your personalized item, please contact us.

Clearance or Sale Items

All items that are on sale, special offers or sold as clearance items are non refundable or exchangable

All online orders must be returned via the method described below.

PROCESSING A RETURN WITH PACKING SLIP

Please email us if you intend to initiate a return and we can email you a simple form to fill out because quality control is important to us and we want to know the nature of the issue, please follow the instructions below to process your return:

  1. Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
  2. Fill in the “RETURN DETAIL” page along your packing slip. In the items list, write a return reason code (provided on the form) and the quantity for each item from the order that is being returned.

Please Indicate return reasons which are as follows:

  1. Not satisfied
  2. Overall size issue
  3. Damaged / Defective
  4. Color faded / Discolored
  5. Not as pictured
  6. Order delayed

7.Damaged in transit

8.Duplicate style / shipment

  1. General return / Gift
  2. Mistake or Innaccuracy
  3. Put the “RETURN DETAIL” page into the box before sealing it.
  4. Seal the package.
  5. Affix the return shipping label on the outside of the box.

If you do not have your original “RETURN DETAIL” form or shipping label, you can still return your items using one of the options below:

USE YOUR OWN SHIPPING METHOD

We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Christoph Joseph is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

EXCHANGES

If for some reason you want to change your mind or made the wrong choice you, in most cases , can return your new unused, undamaged  and un-personalized item  as an equal exchange for an equivalent item of equal or lesser value or as credit for an upgraded item of greater value and simply invoiced for the difference.

GIFT CARDS RETURN POLICY

Christoph Joseph  Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS

Returns policies for orders shipped internationally can be found on our International Orders page. For returns from military addresses outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
